Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in the life sciences / healthcare (MBA or PhD) strongly preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in healthcare/biotech/pharma consulting, strategy, banking, or investor relations. With an advanced degree, 4+ years are ideal
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior leaders
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable operating in a constantly evolving biotech environment
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and discretion handling sensitive information

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and operationalize company strategy and goals
  • Lead or support cross-functional strategic initiatives that require executive sponsorship and coordination
  • Champion the company’s values and help cultivate a high-performance, collaborative culture
  • Partner with functional leaders to align efforts and track progress against strategic milestones
  • Assist in managing the CEO’s priorities, schedule, and briefing materials to maximize impact and focus
  • Draft communications, presentations, and strategic updates for internal and external audiences
  • Support Board meeting preparation, including quarterly decks, talking points, and data synthesis
