Requirements
- Graduated as chemical, bio- or environmental engineer (BSc or MSc)
- Maximum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar field
- Fluent English and Hungarian language skills in written and oral
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills, systems approach, process orientation, analytical thinking, initiative, flexibility
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Open and motivated to acquire new knowledge as an engineer and manager
- Professional level use of Microsoft Office tools
Responsibilities
- Supporting, simplifying and improving the production process of high-quality products
- Monitoring and controlling chemical processes on the operational field
- Understanding operational processes in a LEAN environment
- Leading and supporting ongoing business with savings projects
- Developing technical changes to improve process reliability
- Continuously collaborating with technical specialists, external partners and other functions
