Requirements

Candidates must be full-time junior-level college students enrolled in an accredited university seeking a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent program, maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship is required, along with knowledge of chemical plant manufacturing principles, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong planning and organizational abilities, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

Interns will assist in developing Asset Life Plans, troubleshooting equipment failures, and identifying corrective actions and process improvement opportunities. They will participate in project scope and cost estimate development, work with engineers on installation and commissioning, provide technical support for equipment, and lead small projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities also include attending project meetings, reporting status updates, ensuring compliance with corporate procedures, completing required training, and collaborating effectively with team members.
