Registered Nurse (RN) license
Ability to work full-time with various shifts and work hours
Competency in emergency operational procedures, including CPR and emergency measures
Knowledge of administering medications and IV conscious sedation per physician orders and regulations
Experience or ability to work in clinic setting and conduct initial home visits with another staff member
Compliance with company, state, federal regulations, OSHA, and risk management initiatives

Responsibilities

Coordinate facility operations and patient procedures with Facility Manager, staff, and physicians to ensure quality patient care
Support and drive quality standards through regulatory compliance, Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), and action plans
Assist with staffing, staff training, equipment management, physician and patient relations, cost containment, supply management, medical records, patient billing, and all compliance
Coordinate all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge, including assessments, education, and documentation
Educate patients and families on post-procedure care, vascular access, and home therapies (peritoneal and home hemodialysis)
Ensure timely scheduling of procedures, efficient facility capacity utilization, and accurate documentation of treatments, orders, consents, and lab work
Act as a resource for staff on patient concerns, provide direct patient care and monitoring as needed, and communicate patient issues to Facility Manager
Maintain integrity of medical records, environmental safety, and compliance with data collections and auditing
Ensure regular communication with physicians, participate in Governing Body and CQI meetings, and assist with meeting preparation
Address adverse events, implement training per policy, and maintain facility environmental integrity
