Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems Management, IT Operations or related field (equivalent work experience accepted)
  • 2 or more years of experience in managing changes in an IT environment
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service focus
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management practices and ability to apply ITIL framework
  • Skills to build networks & collaborate with engineering, software development and applications support teams
  • Skills to gather IT requirements and write workflow improvement stories
  • Ability to define a problem, identify improvement areas and develop pro-active solutions
  • Understanding of Regulatory & Compliance Requirements (Computer Systems Validation)
  • Curious, innovative, critical thinking, self-motivated, eager to assist and solve problems
  • Working knowledge of Change Module approval workflows in ServiceNow platform (preferred)
  • Knowledge working with IT Validated systems (plus)
  • ITIL Certificate (plus)

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve change requests submitted by colleagues and ensure operational excellence
  • Provide timely and informational support to colleagues to continuously improve the quality of work around the Change Management process
  • Maintain training resources and knowledge articles
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, develop and implement stories
  • Support the Computer System Validation process
  • Provide trend analysis on metrics & performance indicators
  • Train the change requestors' network and share best practices
  • Lead the team activities and contribute to the IT initiatives
