Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems Management, IT Operations or related field (equivalent work experience accepted)
2 or more years of experience in managing changes in an IT environment
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service focus
Knowledge of IT Service Management practices and ability to apply ITIL framework
Skills to build networks & collaborate with engineering, software development and applications support teams
Skills to gather IT requirements and write workflow improvement stories
Ability to define a problem, identify improvement areas and develop pro-active solutions
Understanding of Regulatory & Compliance Requirements (Computer Systems Validation)
Curious, innovative, critical thinking, self-motivated, eager to assist and solve problems
Working knowledge of Change Module approval workflows in ServiceNow platform (preferred)
Knowledge working with IT Validated systems (plus)
ITIL Certificate (plus)

Responsibilities

Review and approve change requests submitted by colleagues and ensure operational excellence
Provide timely and informational support to colleagues to continuously improve the quality of work around the Change Management process
Maintain training resources and knowledge articles
Identify process improvement opportunities, develop and implement stories
Support the Computer System Validation process
Provide trend analysis on metrics & performance indicators
Train the change requestors' network and share best practices
Lead the team activities and contribute to the IT initiatives
