Responsibilities
Lead Change Management Process: Continuously working to improve change management procedures, lead plant change implementation board meetings, develop and maintain monitoring process including KPIs, ensure changes are implemented according to the process
Manage Change Management tools: Issue Change Implementation (CI) document in 1PLM, verify correctness of inputs from the team (customer approvals, traceability, etc.), verify inputs in Redmine system, support Change Owner in issuing Change Request (CR) in 1PLM for Plant driven changes
Share Change Management Culture: Organize internal onboarding trainings, organize internal refreshment training
