Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot
  • Working experience with Unix / Linux operating systems
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Database 12c / 19c
  • 3-5 years of experience (Junior L2 level)

Responsibilities

  • Provide L3 application maintenance and production support for CEW & PDR systems
  • Analyze and resolve production incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and service disruption
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and QA teams to deploy fixes and enhancements
  • Monitor application performance and logs; proactively identify potential issues
  • Support deployment and configuration of application components in production and lower environments
  • Write and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation, monitoring, and maintenance tasks
  • Support database operations, including PL/SQL procedures, views, and indexes for performance optimization
  • Document processes, known issues, and standard operating procedures for the support team
