Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Centre Team (Landsec employees, Service Partner employees, and Contractors), providing day-to-day operational direction
  • Ensure execution of brilliant basics by the Centre Team, creating a safe and secure environment for guests and Brand Partners
  • Drive a high-performance team culture, fostering engagement and exceptional experiences for guests and brand partners
  • Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, leveraging and influencing them for the Centre's and Landsec's benefit
  • Advocate for the Centre, drive success, identify improvements, and implement solutions for growth and preferred partnership status
  • Implement the centre strategy operationally, contributing to asset planning and business plans
  • Work proactively within Landsec's internal matrix structure, utilizing specialist teams for operational and strategic excellence
  • Build relationships with Brand Partner teams to understand their business and optimize sales
  • Maintain detailed understanding of Brand Partner metrics, analyze information, and provide insights and support
  • Proactively seek regular feedback from Brand Partners
  • Involve Brand Partners in engagement programmes
  • Demonstrate partnership and collaboration with local brand partners, testing and trialling commercial initiatives
  • Demonstrate leadership and collaboration with brand partners
