Requirements
- High school diploma (acceptable with appropriate industry experience); Associate's Degree (A.S.) or Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) preferred
- Prior experience in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and lab-scale manufacturing (preferred)
- Familiarity with cell/gene therapy, including working with human cells, cell characterization methods, and sorting/analyzing cells
- Ability to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time in a biosafety cabinet/cleanroom environment
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) gown
- Ability to follow cleanroom protocols (e.g., no cosmetics, jewelry)
- Occasional ability to ascend/descend stairs within the workspace
- Availability for 1st shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) in an onsite role in Sacramento, CA
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor equipment used in the production of cell therapy products
- Execute manufacturing processes, following and documenting activities in batch records
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices
- Participate in a clean room manufacturing environment
- Perform instrument set-up, cleaning, changeovers, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation
- Use medical-grade machinery
