CDL Truck Driver at Land O'Lakes

The position offers an annual salary rate of $72,200, paid bi-weekly.

This is a regional driving position requiring over-night stays for routes, with drivers home on weekends, and trucks located in Neosho MO, Cedar Falls IA, or Mechanicsburg PA. Shift schedules include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays.

Candidates must have 1+ years of commercial driving experience, a Class A CDL with Airbrakes, HAZ-MAT and Tanker Endorsements, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to lift 60lbs. Strong collaboration, communication skills, and willingness to learn new skills are also required.

You'll be a key member of the Land O’Lakes, Inc., transportation team transporting Animal Nutrition products, part of the Nutra Blend business, an industry leader in manufacturing and distributing feed premixes. The role emphasizes following safety policies, complying with FMCSA and DOT regulations, and insisting on safety practices.

Strong candidates have 2+ years of commercial driving experience, forklift experience, and can handle physical demands like lifting 60lbs and driving up to 11 hours while staying alert. They must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to adapt quickly.
