The starting pay rate is $34.50 per hour, increasing to $36.72 per hour at the one-year anniversary, with annual wage increases thereafter and weekly pay.

The position works Sunday through Thursday from 4PM to Midnight, with overtime opportunity on Friday, and requires comfort working overnight when needed. It involves local duties at the yard with potential shuttle driving to remote dispatch sites.
A valid CDL A commercial license with doubles endorsements is required, along with at least 6 months of commercial driving experience and 6 months driving with doubles endorsements. Candidates must also meet DOT medical requirements, be registered in the FMCSA Clearinghouse, and be at least 21 years old.
Strong candidates have a high school diploma/GED preferred, basic math skills, ability to read/write/communicate in English, strong organizational skills for tracking fuel, and experience with safe equipment operation and record-keeping.
