Requirements

  • Titulaire d’un diplôme d’Ingénieur généraliste ou mécanique issu d’une grande école (type ENSAM, Ecole Centrale, INSA …)
  • Débutant, ou première expérience professionnelle en industrie
  • Solides connaissances techniques en mécanique, électricité, automatisation et robotique
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais (niveau B2 souhaité)

Responsibilities

  • Coordonner des actions correctives pour sécuriser et garantir la continuité des opérations de production en cas d’évènements
  • Investiguer la non-conformité des systèmes procédés à l’aide d’outils méthodologiques (RCA, FMEA)
  • Préparer et exécuter la documentation de qualification (DQ, IQ/OQ, etc.)
  • Préparer et suivre l’essai, analyser et traiter les données issues de l’essai
  • Proposer des actions pour accroître la productivité et le niveau de qualité
  • Mettre en place et gérer des actions de fiabilisation pour maintenir les installations en conformité avec le référentiel qualité et avec les standards d’ingénierie
  • Rédiger, coordonner et mener des études/essais dans le cadre de projets, d’actions ou d’initiatives transverses
  • Former le personnel à de nouvelles pratiques à l’aide de modules de formation
