Good autonomy, organization, sense of responsibility, and rigor

Polyvalence and ability to adapt to different office needs
Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Good mastery of the Office Pack, especially Excel

Responsibilities

Order and manage office supplies stocks (materials, printer paper, etc.), centralize orders, and handle storage (in stocks and across all floors)
Receive and organize deliveries (packages, catering) in a support role
Manage office supplies, small equipment, and administrative items (in collaboration with local office managers)
Manage provisioning and stocks (Jho, Nespresso, etc.)
Set up event logistics in support of the SG Coordinator
Manage lockers
Monitor contracts (duration, notice periods, termination)
Support employees for travel (group trips, invoice tracking with Controlling)
Manage parcel and mail service providers
Manage recycling service provider (PCs, phones, batteries, small IT equipment)
Conduct quality rounds to ensure proper upkeep of premises
Manage the plant service provider
