Requirements

  • Formation Bac+5 spécialisée en Sécurité / Sûreté, avec une expérience professionnelle dans ce domaine
  • Autonome, rigoureuse, organisée, dotée d’une bonne capacité rédactionnelle et communicationnelle
  • Bon niveau d’anglais (à l’oral et à l’écrit)
  • Connaissance de la norme ISO 27001 et expérience dans le suivi de l’application d’une norme et du renouvellement d’une certification (appréciée)
  • Maîtrise des logiciels Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Déployer au niveau France les projets de Sûreté (Contrôle accès, vidéosurveillance, anti-intrusion) et assurer le suivi opérationnel des équipements de Sûreté
  • Assurer l’application effective de la norme ISO 27001 relative à la Sécurité de l’Information et procédure de Sûreté pour l’ensemble des sites et événements externes
  • Tenir à jour les procédures de continuité d’activités (BCM) pour les fonctions supports, participer à la gestion de crise, et être un point de contact d’assurances
  • Gérer la relation avec les prestataires de sécurité (analyse et suivi du reporting, mesures correctrices, etc.)
  • Concevoir le budget du service relatif aux projets de Sûreté et aux prestations de Télésurveillance/Gardiennage et en suivre la bonne exécution
  • Participer activement aux audits internes et externes (clients/renouvellement certification)
  • Réaliser une veille 360° relatives aux menaces actuelles/émergentes, aux évolutions règlementaires/législatives et aux nouvelles technologies afin de proposer des mesures réalistes et pragmatiques
  • Effectuer les actes d’investigations en conformité avec les Standards Sécurité Accenture et la législation
  • Assurer le suivi budgétaire des différentes prestations de sûreté (suivi des factures, devis et reforecast)
  • Conseiller les responsables de site au niveau France sur les règles de sûreté globales
  • Suivi des assets Accenture dans un outil global (Archer)
