Requirements

Previous experience in sourcing Machinery & Equipment
Good negotiation skills
Good understanding of the M&E category
Strong relationship and interpersonal skills for working with partners across the contract life cycle
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced matrixed environment
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
Highly driven and motivated
Good communication skills and fluent in English language
Good understanding of procurement process

Responsibilities

Lead sourcing activities related to the acquisition of Machinery & Equipment (Assembly and Test; Wiring Processing: SMT Dispense Routing ICT; Stamping Machining Laser, IMMS and Molds)
Run RFx activities
Negotiate agreements while ensuring compliance to corporate governance requirements
Support sourcing requirements up to $250K, working closely with the global category team and stakeholders
Conduct commercial and contractual negotiations for M&E
Support execution of category strategy for items within the threshold
Generate savings for the M&E category
Problem solve issues relating to third parties raised by business or third parties themselves
