Responsibilities

Source, negotiate, and recommend competitive suppliers based on Purchase Requisitions to achieve targets in quality, price, service, and technology
Focus on savings through collection of information, benchmarking, and negotiation
Handle Annual Negotiations and fully meet savings targets
Implement material cost reduction strategy following Aptiv Global and Regional strategy
Support material localization
Manage documents and contracts on a daily basis
Maintain and develop supply base best suited for Aptiv product lines
Manage interfaces with other departments
