Requirements

  • MBA, Chartered Accountant (CA), or semi-qualified certification (e.g., CA Inter)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Sourcing finance
  • Strong knowledge of working capital management and sourcing finance
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, Hyperion, and financial reporting tools
  • Familiarity with supplier financing platforms and banking interfaces
  • Ability to lead reviews and standardize processes
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Understanding of sourcing and supplier financing dynamics
  • Ability to build relationships with global stakeholders
  • Adaptability, customer orientation, continuous learning
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage payments and working capital processes
  • Perform monthly journal entries (MJEs) for sourcing transactions
  • Approve AP cash advances for India region and ensure timely push to segments
  • Oversee contract approvals and compliance
  • Prepare and publish Average Weighted Terms (AWT) reports
  • Publish SWB and SPB reports for VCP tracking
  • Handle supplier onboarding/offboarding and resolve queries with MUFG & JP Morgan
  • Act as review lead for indirect VCP, ensuring backup standardization and ownership
  • Drive improvements in cash flow management and VCP reporting processes
