Requirements

  • Must live within 2 hours of Providence, RI airport
  • 7+ years of professional work experience and 1000+ hours of jet time
  • Recent experience as a Captain
  • Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Type Rating
  • Valid First-Class Medical Certificate
  • FCC Radio License
  • Valid Passport
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the safe and efficient conduct of assigned flights
  • Serves as the Inflight Security Coordinator
  • Ensures compliance with all federal, state, local, and foreign regulations, as well as company policies and procedures specified in the AOM
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable FAA and State Regulations in which operations are conducted
  • Acts with tact and decorum while ensuring an efficient and safe operation
  • Directs the activities of the Second-in-Command and ensures that all crewmembers understand fully and completely what duties they are expected to perform
  • Participates in the Safety Management System
  • Acts as pilot-in-command or second-in-command as assigned by the Chief Pilot
  • Ensures that all company procedures and processes are followed
  • Assists with the loading and unloading of baggage and ensures the aircraft is cleaned and stocked
  • Performs additional aviation duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot
