Requirements
- Must live within 2 hours of Providence, RI airport
- 7+ years of professional work experience and 1000+ hours of jet time
- Recent experience as a Captain
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Type Rating
- Valid First-Class Medical Certificate
- FCC Radio License
- Valid Passport
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Ensures the safe and efficient conduct of assigned flights
- Serves as the Inflight Security Coordinator
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, local, and foreign regulations, as well as company policies and procedures specified in the AOM
- Ensures compliance with all applicable FAA and State Regulations in which operations are conducted
- Acts with tact and decorum while ensuring an efficient and safe operation
- Directs the activities of the Second-in-Command and ensures that all crewmembers understand fully and completely what duties they are expected to perform
- Participates in the Safety Management System
- Acts as pilot-in-command or second-in-command as assigned by the Chief Pilot
- Ensures that all company procedures and processes are followed
- Assists with the loading and unloading of baggage and ensures the aircraft is cleaned and stocked
- Performs additional aviation duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot
