Requirements

Candidates should possess a post-secondary degree in Data Science, Computing, Mathematics, or Healthcare Administration, along with seasoned experience in data analysis and visualization tools and modeling various clinical statistical concepts. Applicants must have experience with Life Sciences and the Long Term Post Acute Care (LTPAC) market, and be eligible to work in the country specified.

Responsibilities

The Senior Data Analyst will utilize SQL, Power BI, and other tools to extract data, prepare data, summarize and visualize results, develop dashboards or reports, and communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. They will also be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to identify business problems, develop solutions, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders, presenting to senior leaders, participating in analysis projects supporting forecasting and modeling, working with minimal direction while keeping management informed, providing guidance and leadership within the Data Services team, mentoring other data analysts, conducting code reviews, overseeing development processes, and actively training and developing other staff. Furthermore, they will take a leadership role within the team to promote a positive environment and contribute to team productivity.
