  • Proficiency in supporting contract negotiations, creating business terms, and participating in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
  • Skills in identifying savings and sourcing pipeline opportunities via SRM
  • Ability to track performance of strategic initiatives against KPIs, ensure compliance, and provide reporting

Responsibilities

  • Execute sourcing process for indirect spend categories, leveraging spend scale
  • Support team members including Associate Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, and Senior Directors
  • Demonstrate leadership to ensure adherence to strategic sourcing policies, competitive tenders, and cost containment
  • Collaborate on 2-3 year strategic initiatives, including category strategies, analysis, and international market engagement
  • Monitor marketplace for insights on category spend and savings
  • Work with sourcing teams and business leads to deliver capital and expense savings
  • Implement sourcing tools and processes for projects
  • Evaluate and select vendors, manage sourcing gating process
  • Conduct analyses and create materials for supplier negotiations
  • Research benchmarks to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support contract negotiations, business terms, and SRM processes including strategic reviews
  • Identify new savings and sourcing opportunities through SRM
  • Track performance of initiatives, measure KPIs/compliance, and report to leads/stakeholders
  • Lead or support high-value, high-complexity projects under Category Senior Managers
