Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in a highly specialized product area of the Store
  • Coach, train, and delegate to highly specialized associates
  • Standard CBWA to a key product area, including coaching, training, and delegating tasks
  • Review supply/fixture inventory
  • Review CPP/FSS and plan for upcoming feature sets
  • Plan modulars four weeks out
  • Review store clearance plans
  • Integrate store plans with OMNI planning and requirements
  • Promote charity events, Walmart Mastercard, Walmart Protection Plan, and OMNI extended aisle offering
  • Manage in-store product launches of high complexity, including training/advising other areas of the store as necessary
