Requirements
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicates and develops interpersonal skills for customer service

- Works with decorating tools (e.g., bags, tips, nozzles) to create flowers and lettering

- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- Demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution
- Leverages digital tools and handheld technology for sales, shopping experience, production, ordering, training, and quality decisions
- Adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them
- Drives bakery performance, quality, and date control standards
- Eliminates waste and prepares for seasonal events (e.g., holidays, graduations)
- Identifies member needs, assists with purchasing decisions, and resolves issues
- Acts as a brand advocate, models high-quality service, interacts with associates to address roadblocks, and assists in training
- Complies with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards
- Uses Open Door Policy and applies it in business processes
- Completes work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress; recommends improvements; adapts to change, difficulties, and feedback
