Position Overview

Our mission is to build the operating system for dental offices globally, equipping clinicians and their teams with cutting-edge technology, innovation, and exceptional support.

We are launching a new program to offer live design support for our customers, specifically to assist dentists with complex or aesthetic dental cases. As a Live Design Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in guiding dentists through challenging design cases in real-time, boosting their confidence and satisfaction with our product. You will collaborate directly with dental professionals, providing expert design insights to improve case outcomes and minimize communication back-and-forth.

Responsibilities

• Real-Time Case Collaboration: Partner with dentists during live sessions to review designs, refine treatment plans, and address complex cases, ensuring both aesthetic and functional outcomes are met. Provide immediate solutions and build confidence in Dandy’s digital tools.
• Enhance the Doctor Experience: Offer personalized, empathetic support to dentists managing aesthetic or challenging cases. Foster trust through direct interaction, helping them navigate complex workflows while building comfort with Dandy's technology.
• Effective Communication Management: Resolve potential miscommunication issues by facilitating real-time, clear, and thoughtful discussions. Ensure seamless collaboration and satisfaction, especially in cases requiring multiple design revisions or where alignment has been challenging.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Implants dental design.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on bench experience in a dental lab.
• Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical design details into clear, actionable insights for doctors.
• Customer-Focused Approach: Proven ability to build rapport and effectively manage concerns, preferably in a design or technical support setting.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex cases and design challenges.
• Familiarity with Digital Dental Products & Processes: Prior experience with Dandy products or similar dental design tools will be an asset.
