Candidates should possess familiarity assessing corporate credit, including evaluating metrics such as leverage ratios and LTVs, and demonstrate the ability to work with large data sets and complex financial models. Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas, are required, along with an independent thinker, entrepreneurial outlook, and a strong work ethic.
The BXMA Analyst will perform credit and return analysis on investment opportunities, support the team with trade idea development and pitches, assist with transaction structuring, and contribute to overall fund management including reporting and returns analysis. They will also likely work with investment bank research, portfolio management, structured finance teams, rating agencies, or buy side liquid or structured credit analysts.
