Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire restaurant, including dining room, storerooms, food pickup area, and beverage station, per established standards
Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories
Fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from tables and bring to the kitchen for proper washing; dispose of trash in designated receptacles
Coordinate table availability and constantly communicate with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
Ensure dining room floors are clean and free of debris
