Any Graduation/Master of Business Administration
10 to 14 years of experience
Record-to-Report (R2R) processes expertise
Strong ERP functional skills with understanding of SAP/Oracle to adapt processes and avoid bolt-on automations
Strong experience in Design thinking and customer Journey mapping tools/frameworks, including running programs on data mining and persona mapping for end-to-end problem-solving
Ability to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation/transformation roadmaps
Well-versed in industry-proven technologies, leading tools, automation, AI, Analytics, with proven track record of implementing digital solutions
Understanding of BPaaS, new age disruptive technologies (Gen AI, Agentic AI) and their applicability in business processes
Working knowledge of automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate), analytics tools (Power BI, Alteryx), GenAI apps
Strong consulting mindset to challenge current norms and leverage ever-changing technology solutions
Delivered large-scale end-to-end Process Transformation projects for global clients
Ability to hold conversations with senior client stakeholders (Controllers, Global Process Owners), lead solutions, and manage ambiguous situations
Excellent communication skills, result-oriented, self-driven, high energy, analytical, structured
Extensive experience managing high-performance teams and delivering large-scale Transformation projects
Ability to drive rigorous metrics related to Balanced Score Card for performance evaluation and reduction in variability/defects in critical processes
People management skills

Responsibilities

Proficient in Record-to-Report (R2R) transformation with expertise in Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and business assessments
Leverage strong techno-functional skills in AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RPA, and Hyper automation
Design intelligent automation workflows, integrating AI-driven solutions with ERP systems
Optimize end-to-end R2R processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany and fixed asset accounting, and financial close
Ensure accurate consolidation, compliance, faster closes, improved data integrity, and actionable insights for global finance operations
