Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification (or equivalency of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience)
Previous experience providing knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 3+ years in a software development environment, with at least 3 years directly involved in requirement gathering) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
Validation experience
Requirement gathering experience
Good MS Office skills
Firm understanding of system development life cycle and requirements methodology
Ability to write use cases and design specifications for moderately complex systems
Ability to estimate level of effort for small to medium-sized projects
Ability to mentor associate level Business System Analyst team members
Strong business skills including documentation, presentation, interpersonal, and communication

Strong planning and organizational skills
Office-based in Highland Heights, KY (with potential for one day remote per week once acclimated, if workday allows)
