Ability to facilitate complex projects from proposal through post-implementation

Mentoring skills for less experienced staff in training, analysis, and project methodology
Ability to serve as functional lead on complex projects, scheduling/facilitating meetings, and documenting minutes
Competence in meeting with business clients to discuss application changes (e.g., enterprise initiatives, compliance, contracts, BAU)
Participation in design discussions and delivering functional specifications
Coordination and estimation for large projects, including timelines and phases
Expertise to advise on application impacts from enterprise-wide initiatives (e.g., acquisitions, product changes)
Collaboration with vendors and technical teams for project functionality understanding
Potential to serve as Test Coordinator for large multi-application projects
Participation in and documentation of data mapping for integrations, conversions, acquisitions
Working with testing teams to prepare/execute test plans and scripts
Monitoring specifications and change requests for scope, regulatory compliance, business requirements, and standards adherence
Ensuring documentation, review, and resolution of change requests
Managing efficient resolution of testing/implementation issues
Coordinating and managing post-implementation feedback

Responsibilities

Prepare well-documented functional specifications, test plans, test cases, and execute test cases for assigned projects
Conduct research and analysis of complex data to ensure accurate functional design
Mentor less experienced staff in application training, research analysis, and project methodology
Serve as functional lead on complex projects for assigned applications; schedule/facilitate team meetings and distribute minutes
Meet with business clients to discuss and understand specifications for application changes related to initiatives, compliance, contracts, or BAU
Participate in design discussions and document/deliver functional specifications
Participate in meetings with lines of business to identify end-user requirements and provide feedback
Review business requirements with technology team for project understanding
Coordinate and provide estimates for large projects or assigned components, including timelines and phases
Serve as SME to consult on application impacts from enterprise-wide initiatives
Work with vendors and technical teams to understand project functionality and provide implementation insights
Serve as Test Coordinator for large project initiatives involving multiple applications
Participate in and document data mapping for system integrations, conversions, and acquisition projects
Work with testing teams to prepare test plans/scripts and manage/execute test cases
Monitor functional specifications and change requests to ensure scope adherence, regulatory compliance, business requirements, and Corporate Technology standards
Ensure Bank processes and documentation follow standards and regulatory requirements
Document, review, and resolve change requests to support line of business products/services
Ensure efficient/timely resolution of testing/implementation issues; document, report, and resolve incidents/questions
Coordinate and manage post-implementation activities, including feedback collection
