  • Skills in configuring and maintaining GL and AHCS modules within Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Experience designing and documenting functional specifications for customizations, reports, and system integrations
  • Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users
  • Capability to support month-end and year-end financial close activities
  • Proficiency in conducting system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training
  • Skills in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues in GL and AHCS modules
  • Knowledge of accounting regulations and financial reporting standards for compliance

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and gather business requirements related to GL and AHCS modules
  • Configure and maintain GL and AHCS modules within the Oracle Cloud ERP environment
  • Design and document functional specifications for customizations, reports, and system integrations
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery
  • Support month-end and year-end financial close activities
  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in GL and AHCS modules
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and financial reporting standards
  • Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous process improvements
  • Prepare well-documented functional specifications, test plans, test scripts, and execute test scripts for assigned projects
  • Perform research analysis of complex data to ensure accurate functional design
  • Mentor less experienced staff in application training, research analysis, and project methodology
  • Schedule and facilitate project team meetings; document and distribute minutes
  • Meet with business clients to discuss application changes related to enterprise initiatives, compliance, contracts, or maintenance
  • Participate in design discussions and deliver required functional specifications
  • Participate in meetings with lines of business to identify usability requirements and provide feedback
  • Review business requirements with technology teams to ensure project scope understanding
  • Coordinate and provide estimates for complex projects, including timelines and phases
  • Serve as subject matter expert on application impacts from enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Serve as Test Coordinator for large projects involving multiple applications
  • Participate in and document data mapping for integrations, conversions, and acquisitions
  • Collaborate with testing teams to prepare and execute test plans and scripts
  • Serve as functional lead on systems impacting the project
  • Monitor functional specifications and change requests for scope alignment and compliance
  • Ensure adherence to business requirements and Corporate Technology standards
  • Document, review, and resolve change requests to support business needs
  • Ensure timely resolution of testing or implementation issues
  • Document and report issues, incidents, and resolutions
  • Coordinate post-implementation activities including feedback, issue resolution, and debriefing
  • Assist in developing expense/capital budgets and employee appraisals
  • Adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies
