BA/BS degree and minimum of 7 years relevant experience
Minimum of 3 years experience building Robots utilizing Robotics Process Automation (RPA) software, .NET or other programming language (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Ability to work in-office 1-2 days per week (candidates must reside within reasonable commuting distance from posting location(s); no VISA sponsorship)

Responsibilities

Work with business partners for process identification and feasibility, solving day-to-day issues and providing timely responses and solutions
Perform Proof of Concepts to demonstrate feasibility of automated solutions
Lead structured peer reviews and walkthroughs
Create and maintain automations that interact with multiple internal and external applications
Participate in technical design and development, including creating and maintaining solution documentation
Engage cross-functional team members to develop high-quality products
Maintain and improve existing applications by mapping work processes with business stakeholders and identifying productivity opportunities
Ensure best practices are followed at each stage of development and test procedures/scenarios
Build and implement enterprise business solutions utilizing robotics, .NET, AI tools, and other business software
