Requirements

Minimum 5 year(s) of experience (minimum 3 years in SAP UI5 Development)
Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development (Must have skill)
Proficiency in JavaScript
Proficiency in Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML)
15 years full time education
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization
Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices
Experience in integrating SAP UI5 applications with backend services
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
Good to have: Experience with JavaScript, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML)

Responsibilities

Analyze and design new business processes to create documentation that guides implementation of new processes and technologies
Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements
Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows
Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications
Design business processes focusing on characteristics and key performance indicators to align with functional requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders, analyze existing processes, and ensure designs meet quality and effectiveness criteria
Facilitate discussions to educate stakeholders about the designs
