Responsibilities

Analyze and design new business processes to create documentation that guides implementation of new processes and technologies
Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements
Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs
Design business processes that align with organizational goals and objectives
Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements
Create process blueprints and ensure designs meet functional requirements
Engage in quality management reviews to validate business and design requirements
Educate stakeholders to foster understanding of designs
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows
Act as SME
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and refine business requirements
