Projektowanie i wdrażanie data-driven strategii poprawy procesów w środowisku Przemysłu 4.0
Analiza danych z wielu źródeł (MES, ERP, IoT) w celu identyfikacji wąskich gardeł i predykcji awarii
Organizowanie Kaizen events wspieranych przez analitykę danych i symulacje cyfrowe
Monitorowanie KPI w czasie rzeczywistym, tworzenie alertów i automatycznych rekomendacji
Współpraca z zespołami IT, Data Science i operacyjnymi przy wdrażaniu rozwiązań opartych na AI/ML
Big Data & Advanced Analytics: Umiejętność pracy z dużymi zbiorami danych, wykorzystanie narzędzi do data mining, predykcyjnej analizy trendów i identyfikacji obszarów poprawy efektywności
Dashboard Development & BI: Tworzenie interaktywnych dashboardów w narzędziach typu Power BI, integracja z systemami ERP/MES, automatyzacja raportowania KPI
Process Intelligence & Automation: Wdrażanie rozwiązań Process Mining, analiza przepływów w czasie rzeczywistym, rekomendacje optymalizacji oparte na danych
