Responsibilities

  • Monitor Traba's daily operations in real-time, ensuring flawless execution of all marketplace shifts.
  • Prepare for and troubleshoot operational issues proactively.
  • Coordinate with the Territory Operations Manager to understand customer needs and tailor daily operations accordingly.
  • Ensure a positive and trusted experience for Traba's workers.
  • Provide excellent pre-shift, during-shift, and post-shift experiences for workers.
  • Resolve worker support issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate with and manage workers to meet client staffing requirements.
  • Ensure accurate worker clock-in and clock-out times for precise payment.
  • Identify opportunities for process, tooling, and product improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Support forward-filling or worker-vetting initiatives as needed.
  • Assist in building and continuously improving standard operating procedures.
  • Learn and master multiple internal systems.
  • Educate workers on using the Traba app and handle sensitive, complex user-facing issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a customer success, business support, or similar role at a fast-growth company.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks, work under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Ownership mentality and a strong work ethic.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude with strong customer empathy and care for workers.
  • Customer management skills, including problem-solving, setting expectations, and building relationships.
  • Grit and a willingness to tackle hands-on tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail balanced with swift execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.

Job Details and Benefits
