Responsibilities
Engage with Merchandising Team leadership to understand their data needs, ensuring the delivery of tailored analytics solutions
Define analytical requirements with business units, ensuring data models align with business needs for actionable insights focusing on maximizing ROI
Provide timely insights and analytical support to different internal stakeholders to support effective business decision-making
Act as a key stakeholder in managing change requests, prioritization, and communication of milestones for Analytics & Data projects
Develop real-time data visualization dashboards using Tableau to develop automated reports for internal teams
Standardize analytical methodologies, including statistical tests for hypothesis testing and validation, across the Merchandising Team
Monitor KPIs and performance to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
Design, creation and reporting of financial performance analysis for the Merchandising team serving approximately 400 convenience stores
Work in the Merchandising department, along with other internal teams and external brand partners to maximize item sales, basket sales, transactions and profits across promotions and loyalty platforms
