Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of data analysis or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred skills include experience with relational databases, knowledge of query tools, and statistical software such as SAS. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are also preferred, along with knowledge of Facility, Professional, and Ancillary provider reimbursement methodologies.

Responsibilities

The Business Information Analyst Senior will provide analytical support for federal/state mandates, create and maintain databases for non-par provider reimbursement, analyze data and summarize using statistical procedures, develop and analyze business performance reports, and create periodic reports and ad hoc reports as needed. They will also take business issues and devise appropriate diagnostic and tracking data, make recommendations based upon data analysis, and collaborate with colleagues in-office one day per week to foster collaboration and connectivity.
