Requirements

  • Final-year undergraduates/graduate students in Computer Science/Business/Marketing/International Trade or relevant majors
  • Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management within the IT, tech, and cloud services industry
  • Prior experience in cloud or software sales internships is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese Mandarin
  • Arabic language proficiency or living/study experience in Arabic countries is advantageous

  • Acceptance of challenges and job location in Dubai after transitioning to full-time sales trainee

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior sales team in managing customer accounts, including contract preparation, negotiation, and administrative tasks
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing guidance and support for satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Leverage networking and prospecting to identify potential clients, generate leads, and uncover new sales opportunities aligned with Tencent Cloud’s goals
  • Collaborate with the Business Contracts Manager to negotiate contracts and execute strategic account plans; contribute to sales forecasting and revenue growth
  • Develop in-depth understanding of Tencent Cloud’s product offerings to craft tailored service solutions; work with Solutions Engineer team to address customer needs
  • Analyze industry trends and customer data to inform sales strategies and recommend improvements for market competitiveness
  • Participate in sales trainee program, including hands-on experience in China headquarters for first 6 months or before graduation (whichever longer), and professional training from mentors
