Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. They must have at least 5 years of experience supporting business intelligence systems in a BI Developer role, demonstrating expertise in user experience best practices and data modeling skills, including conceptual, logical, and physical model design using both 3rd normal form and dimensional modeling techniques. Furthermore, candidates should have experience dealing with large data sets, be goal-oriented with strong attention to detail, and possess proven experience in effectively partnering with business teams to deliver their goals and outcomes.

Responsibilities

The Business Consultant will work with customers, end-users, and application designers to define dashboard and data experiences, lead solution discovery workshops to identify solution requirements, design and develop dashboards, develop strategies for data acquisitions and integration, and provide consultation and mentoring to customers on best practices and skills to drive greater self-sufficiency.
