Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis
  • Overall 8+ years of experience, with at least 2+ years as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
  • 15 years full-time education
  • Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis (Must Have skill)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Experience in a Business Analyst role, with strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable requirements
  • Experience in developing business cases and project proposals
  • Familiarity with software development processes and practices
  • Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions
  • Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models
  • Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform
  • Be responsible for team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress
