Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis
Overall 8+ years of experience, with at least 2+ years as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
15 years full-time education
Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis (Must Have skill)
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Experience in a Business Analyst role, with strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering
Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable requirements
Experience in developing business cases and project proposals
Familiarity with software development processes and practices
Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions
Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models
Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress
