Requirements

Minimum 15 years of experience in Trade Finance
15 years full time education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field)
Strong expertise in Trade Finance systems, with hands-on experience in integration and implementation of vendor products (CGI Trade360 experience preferred)
Extensive experience leading functional delivery of large-scale, multi-market platform implementations in Trade Finance / Transaction Banking Domain
Proven track record in Trade Finance Product integration in Bank’s application ecosystem, and end-to-end solutioning
In-depth knowledge of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements for platform technology in the financial sector
Ability to manage and collaborate with geographically distributed teams across multiple APAC markets
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills
Exposure to Asia Pacific markets highly desirable, with experience in regional banking transformations
Must have skills: Trade Finance
Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory): Certified Trade Finance Professional (CTFP) or equivalent

Responsibilities

Provide domain expertise on Trade Finance (Documentary Trade, Supply Chain Finance) processes and best practices
Collaborate with technology teams, Operations and Product teams to develop and deploy solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operations efficiency
Assist in mapping current processes / functionality, identifying gaps, and defining future state workflows
Support product customization and configurations, notably CGI Trade360, to suit bank needs
Facilitate training, change management, and user adoption related to new system
Act as a bridge between business / operations units and technical teams, translating requirements into functional specifications
Ensure solutions comply with regulatory standards and risk management policies
