Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 4+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years focused on Salesforce testing
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud; exposure to CPQ, Billing, or Partner Portal preferred
  • Strong knowledge of test automation tools such as Provar, Selenium, TestNG, or similar
  • Familiarity with Apex testing, SOQL, APIs, and data validation
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD tools (Copado, Jenkins, or Gearset)
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, App Builder, or CPQ Specialist (preferred)
  • Experience testing ERP or middleware integrations (e.g., NetSuite, MuleSoft, Boomi) (preferred)
  • Knowledge of performance testing and automation best practices (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for Salesforce applications
  • Execute functional, regression, and integration testing across Sales Cloud, Partner Portal, and CPQ/Billing solutions
  • Understanding of quote-to-cash, order management, and invoicing workflows
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and admins to define test requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Perform API and data validation testing for Salesforce integrations with ERP and other systems
  • Work with the QA and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
  • Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools to ensure timely resolution
  • Participate in release readiness, UAT support, and post-deployment validation
  • Continuously improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall QA processes
