Responsibilities

  • Recueillir, analyser et modéliser les besoins métiers pour SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive et Copilot
  • Proposer des architectures fonctionnelles et des solutions collaboratives (sites, espaces, automatisations via Power Platform)
  • Garantir l’intégration avec l’existant et la conformité technique, sécurité & confidentialité
  • Contribuer au cadre de gouvernance M365 : règles de nommage, cycle de vie, charte, gestion documentaire
  • Participer aux initiatives autour de la gestion des accès, de la confidentialité et de la sécurité (Purview)
  • Intégrer les contraintes réglementaires (ex. LIPAD, LPD)
  • Accompagner la conduite du changement : ateliers, impacts, contenus pédagogiques (guides, vidéos, supports)
  • Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques M365 et faciliter l’adoption des utilisateurs
  • Suivre la progression, les risques et les KPIs : adoption, productivité, conformité
  • Valoriser les résultats auprès des équipes et de la gouvernance
