Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing user, functional and technical requirements for medium to large size projects of average to significant complexity for products across their strategic channel
Able to identify and contribute to the resolution of both basic and ancillary discrepancies and conflicts in application(s) requirements
Able to work closely with project team, including multiple stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and deliverables are aligned with long-term business objectives as well as project objectives
Demonstrate proficient use and knowledge of engineering and project management tools
Must demonstrate advanced understanding of business analysis principles/methodologies and possesses the ability to adapt practices to meet business climate and needs
Demonstrate strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a large team or departmental setting
Demonstrate general knowledge and/or awareness of the following concepts: SQL Databases, client-server requests, HTTP Methods, APIs
Experience in successful implementation of technology solutions
Consistent demonstration of quality and effectiveness in work documentation and organization
Demonstrate a professional approach to situations in which conflict is present
Bachelor in Computer Science, or another relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
Agile/Scrum methodology experience
Experience with web based projects

Responsibilities

Gather, document and communicate user requirements for medium to large size projects of average to significant complexity
Work closely with the project team, including product owner to ensure requirements are understood and deliverables are aligned with project objectives
Lead stakeholder management discussion to ensure alignment, get buy-in or consensus
