SweedPos is a product-driven startup building an all-in-one cannabis retail platform. We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our remote team and contribute to scaling and optimizing our platform.
Sweed is revolutionizing cannabis retail operations with an enterprise-grade platform that integrates POS, eCommerce, Marketing, Analytics, and Inventory Management into a single, seamless solution. We prioritize simplicity, efficiency, and innovation, building for scalability and performance to enhance the cannabis retail experience and drive business growth.

With 6 years in the market, Sweed has experienced continuous growth and product refinement. Our focus is on building customer trust through ongoing process improvements and new feature rollouts, while navigating the complex legal landscape of the cannabis industry to ensure compliance and future-proofing.
Our team comprises approximately 180 individuals. The globally distributed development team is organized into cross-functional product teams (8-12 members each), including front-end and back-end developers, QA specialists, and analysts. Each team is supported by a Team Lead and a Product Owner. Our CEO, account managers, and customer success team are based in the USA, collaborating closely with the development teams to align product development with business and user needs.
