  • Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting complex business and functional requirements

  • Ability to contribute to and understand solution architecture concepts, including system integrations, data flows, and technical dependencies

  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, optimize, and design core business processes, translating disparate processes and system structures into clear, actionable requirements and user stories
  • Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements, user stories, and process flows, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and user experience
  • Work closely with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to define, refine, and prioritize features and epics across the product lifecycle, ensuring process integrity
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and systems teams to create conceptual and logical solution architectures for problem statements, emphasizing scalable and integrated designs
  • Coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders, bridging communication between business, engineering, design, and systems teams to ensure alignment on process and solution design
  • Support testing and ensure delivered solutions meet defined requirements and contribute to optimized workflows
