Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay

Responsibilities

Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote agile practices within client organizations
Analyze client needs and develop tailored strategies to enhance their business agility
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities
Guide teams in adopting agile methodologies to enhance performance and competitiveness
