Specialization in Financial Fraud / Risk Management / Compliance Operations (added advantage)
Strong English Communication - Articulation & Written
Logical & Analytical thought flow
Effective Verbal Communications - Ability to verbally engage concisely with stakeholders
Effective Written Communications - Create concise written documentation with correct grammar, structure, punctuation, and style
Problem Solving/Issue Resolution
Reporting Analytics - Prepare management reports and analysis
Ability to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

Prevention and detection of potential fraud across all payment channels by reviewing customers’ accounts
Review transactions, associated accounts, and highlight unusual activity as per defined processes
Perform research, verification, and analysis of data to arrive at conclusions
Narrate investigation outcomes in a specific format for escalation
Achieve productivity and quality standards for the process
Adhere to Organization Policies and Rules
Learn and demonstrate strong understanding of Compliance risks and controls
Support the Lead in creating process documentations as per business requirements
Recording, diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolving or assigning incidents and service requests for non-voice interactions (email, web, chat)
Manage unplanned interruptions to restore normal service operations quickly
Solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines
Interact within own team and direct supervisor
Follow detailed to moderate instructions on daily tasks and new assignments
