Responsibilities

  • Prevention and detection of potential fraud across all payment channels by reviewing customers’ accounts
  • Review transactions, associated accounts, and highlight unusual activity as per defined processes
  • Perform research, verification, and analysis of data to arrive at conclusions
  • Narrate investigation outcomes in a specific format for escalation
  • Achieve productivity and quality standards for the process
  • Adhere to Organization Policies and Rules
  • Learn and demonstrate strong understanding of Compliance risks and controls
  • Support the Lead in creating process documentations as per business requirements
  • Record, diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve or assign incidents and service requests for non-voice interactions (email, web, chat)
  • Manage unplanned interruptions to restore normal service operations quickly
  • Analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
  • Day-to-day interaction with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
  • Work as an individual contributor in a team with focused scope
