Professional Engineer (PE) License
Minimum of 10 years job-related experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant Engineering field from an ABET-accredited school, or related field of study
US Citizenship

Responsibilities

Performs independent planning and design tasks
Reviews the work of others
Prepares construction documents
Successfully delivers projects to completion
Coordinates overall design activities and project submission schedules
Performs additional QA/QC duties to ensure final product meets technical requirements and client goals
Meets established budgets and schedules
Handles technically complex projects
Maintains collaborative inter-departmental and cross-functional working relationships
Applies knowledge of codes and standards applicable to project design
Performs final QA/QC review of project submissions
Develops schedules, technical proposals, and labor hour estimates
Works closely with project teams to describe and deliver scope of work
Performs and checks design calculations, technical specifications, and prepares cost estimates
Develops and maintains design budgets for complex scopes of work
Promotes, utilizes, and supports quality assurance and quality control processes to improve deliverables and reduce errors & omissions
