Two years of hospitality industry-related experience
Must reside within a commutable distance of Memphis, TN
Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
No Immigration Sponsorship available
Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds
Ability to inspect client playgrounds by climbing, crawling in tight areas, and going down tube slides
Ability to bend, squat, shift, and adjust movement to assess areas low to the ground and above the head
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time in client locations
Ability to drive and/or fly to client locations (requires proper documentation such as Real ID or other acceptable form of identification)
Ability to drive a company-paid vehicle (requires pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks)
Ability to be around, touch, and potentially consume food made from or with animal products and/or top allergens
Up to 50% overnight travel
Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate
Responsibilities
Conduct a variety of brand protection visits at client locations using consulting, coaching, and training to meet client expectations and program requirements, protecting their brand and delighting guests
Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings, areas of improvement, and recommendations to client leadership
Partner with other EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges
Complete a budgeted number of visits each week, delivering an exceptional client experience
Utilize an iPad, Microsoft Suite, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology for efficient planning and essential job functions
Support the growth initiatives of the company and clients
Adhere to HIPAA guidelines (where applicable) while completing operational visits in hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, education sector, healthcare, and senior living facilities by interacting with staff and residents
